Russian Embassy UAE
There is no Russian Embassy in Dubai, as it is not the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. Instead, there is a Russian Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

The current ambassador to Russia is Andrew Andreev. An expert in Middle Eastern affairs, he was previously the Russian Ambassador to Qatar.
