Who knows, maybe someday we'll be alive to see them in the top tier in Europe. I'm not suprised they held it in Krasnoyarsk, which is the home of Russian rugby, if the locals are to be believed. Ireland went there before and it took them long enough to put the Russians away. Its just a great shame they didnt win...hopefully they'll do well in the Nations Cup.
