Mikhail Khodorkovsky has been found guilty on four of the seven charges against him by a Russian court today.   The judge’s verdict in the Khodorkovsky case is taking so long to read out that it is going to run on into tomorrow. 

No word on a sentence yet, but I’d expect it to be a long one – Putin has the opportunity to lock up one of his biggest potential rivals, and there is really nothing to stop him from taking it.
